Privacy Policy
A pre-launch draft, under legal review before we open. It reflects how the waitlist works today.
A private house looks after your details the way it looks after your cars. We collect little, we keep it close, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to enter on the waitlist:
- Your name.
- Your mobile number and email address.
- How you'd prefer we reach you.
- The cars you tell us about — make, model, and any notes you add.
- Your state, and roughly when your current cover renews.
Please don't send payment details, government identifiers, or existing policy numbers through this site — we don't ask for them here, and you shouldn't share them.
Why we collect it
To hold your place on the founding list and to reach out personally about your interest — a real person, within a couple of days, never an automated campaign. We use your details for nothing else.
Where it's kept
The waitlist form is delivered and stored through Netlify, our website host and forms provider, acting on our behalf. A small marker is also saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site can recognise you've already joined — it holds your first name and your vault access code, so the members' vault can greet you and open for you. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.
Cookies & fonts
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics or marketing pixels. To render our typefaces the pages request web fonts, which may share minimal technical information (such as your IP address) with the font provider solely to deliver them.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your details. We won't add you to a marketing list, and we won't pass your information to anyone except the provider named above who helps us run the site.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we're building the founding list and preparing to open. Ask us to remove your details at any time and we will delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the details you've shared, or to stop hearing from us. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA. We'll honour reasonable requests.
Children
The waitlist is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
As we move toward opening in 2027, this notice may change. The date at the top marks the current version.
